For a little over seven years, this podcast has been built on a conviction: products don’t fail because of bad ideas or weak technology, they fail because of how teams work together. Great conversations about that can happen anywhere. Some of our favorites have happened through a microphone. But there’s a certain kind of conversation that only happens in person, where people can fully drop the facade, knowing the room holds respect for their privacy and authenticity.
That’s why we started hosting live meetups in Kansas City. Small, private, invitation-reviewed gatherings built for exactly that kind of dialogue. Without the annoyance of vendors, recruiters, or pitches.
On September 10th, we’re traveling to Austin.
The details
The traveling event is our “Leadership Circle” - which gathers C-suite and VP-level product and innovation leaders such as CPOs, VPs of Product, Chief Innovation Officers, and CTOs. If that’s you and you’re in the Austin area, we’d love to have you in the first room.

Doors open with appetizers and drinks. The heart of the night is an hour of small group discussion built around a few carefully chosen questions. The topic stays a surprise until you’re in the room. You’ll walk away with a carefully selected book tied to the discussion, and hopefully a few peers who understand the world you’re operating in.
